Golden Hills Urban Area project with 893 villas or townhouses, total capital of 4,684 billion VND; Thuan Phuoc – Da Nang new urban area (Son Tra district) with 1,700 apartments, 1,520 villas or townhouses, investment capital of 4,272 billion VND; Lang Van tourism and urban and resort complex (Lien Chieu district) with 1,562 villas or townhouses, investment capital of 4,163 billion VND.
